Our quality management is composed of several different elements.
HEK GmbH is certified according to ISO 9001.

Besides the ISO certification, our bismuth salts segment has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and GMP guidelines are always observed during production.

HEK GmbH in July 2007 was the first company which has been audited in the Federal State of Schleswig Holstein by the Health Authority and passed GMP inspection.

The various certifications are supplemented by constant monitoring of the quality of our products on a daily basis. This is an essential prerequisite to ensure successful survival in the global market. Our laboratory, staffed with a qualified team of lab technicians and equipped with the latest devices, permanently monitors not only the current values of our ongoing processes, but also the finished products.

Many of our customers from the pharmaceuticals and automobile sector come to our company in order to conduct audits, which allow them to familiarise themselves with the processes and product-specific aspects of production on site.
